What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, and verifying patient information
  • Accurately transcribing patient profiles over the telephone and performing data entry
  • Processing patient orders through the online pharmacy system
  • Resolving tracking issues and rescheduling shipping orders for patients
  • Troubleshooting problems based on patient input regarding order issues

What We Require (Qualifications)

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
  • Strong customer service background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
  • Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
