What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
As a Patient Care Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Contacting patients regarding delivery of equipment, taking patient orders, and verifying patient information
- Accurately transcribing patient profiles over the telephone and performing data entry
- Processing patient orders through the online pharmacy system
- Resolving tracking issues and rescheduling shipping orders for patients
- Troubleshooting problems based on patient input regarding order issues
What We Require (Qualifications)
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience in the medical field and administrative record management
- Strong customer service background, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
- Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable)
