Schedule and Work Environment
As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard 1st shift schedule, with opportunities to work remotely from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations, and communications
* Validating the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
* Ensuring PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry accuracy as the front line for data entry
* Pushing back where the data submitted is incorrect or subpar
* Checking and validating the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
* Being the customer-facing voice and developing creative solutions to customer issues
* Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
* Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
* Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
* Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, e-mails, and fax
* Researching responses with sales
* Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process
* Following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
* Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies
Essential Qualifications
To be successful as a Senior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Three (3) years' relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience as an account representative or with Oracle would be a significant advantage.
