About the Role
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our agency, delivering exceptional service to our clients and building long-term relationships that drive growth and success. Here are just a few key responsibilities you'll be expected to fulfill:
- Daily Growth: Grow our agency through value-based conversations and remarkable customer service to existing members.
- Attention to Detail: Possess keen attention to detail in all customer interactions, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported.
- Cross-Sell and Customer Service Goals: Work with our agents to establish and meet cross-sell and customer service goals, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Strong Work Ethic: Exhibit a strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional results.
- 90% Service, 10% Sales: Spend approximately 90% of your time providing exceptional service to our clients, with 10% dedicated to sales and growth initiatives.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Insurance Customer Service Experience: At least 1 year of experience in insurance customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Willingness to Learn: A genuine willingness to learn and be teachable, with a growth mindset that's always looking for ways to improve and grow.
- Multi-Tasking: The ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering exceptional results.
- Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License: A valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License is required for this role.
