Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Call Center Sales Representative to join our high-energy team in Carrollton. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for handling high-volume inbound calls from customers seeking moving and storage services. Responsibilities and Duties

As a Call Center Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling high-volume inbound calls from customers seeking moving and storage services
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our customers
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills
  • Working well in a fast-paced Call Center environment and adapting to changing priorities
  • Utilizing basic computer navigation skills to access customer information and sales tools
  • Maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm on the phones, with a focus on "assuming the close"
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge

Compensation Structure

As a Call Center Sales Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation structure that includes:

  • A base hourly rate of $14-$17.00 per hour
  • Commission on sales performance, with the potential to earn an additional $20-$25 per hour
  • Opportunities for overtime and bonuses, with a focus on rewarding high-performing sales representatives
