Key Responsibilities

As a part-time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt, courteous, and accurate responses to inquiries from members, healthcare providers, and internal stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assisting members with understanding their benefits, coverage, and claims processing, ensuring they have the information necessary to make informed healthcare decisions.
