Job Overview

As a Live Chat Specialist/Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat and phone interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services. This part-time position offers the flexibility to work remotely from home, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
