Job Description

As a Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving sales growth and revenue through our chat-based sales platform. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, building relationships, and closing sales in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Here are some key responsibilities you'll be expected to perform:

  • Advertise and sell shipping containers using our cutting-edge software
  • Engage with customers via chat, encouraging them to place an order and build a relationship with them
  • Close sales directly on the chat and send invoices using our company's system
  • Assign leads to sales managers for follow-up via phone calls
  • Participate in daily training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales strategies
  • Join a Q&A group and work with mentors to achieve your goals and overcome challenges

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in a remote or chat-based sales environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations
  • Proficiency in using software and technology to manage sales, customer relationships, and data
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, with minimal supervision

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred
