Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you will play a vital role in engaging with prospective clients, scheduling and conducting virtual meetings, and tailoring benefit plans to meet each client's unique needs. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with prospective clients who have shown interest in our benefits and guiding them in selecting the most suitable plans.
• Scheduling and conducting virtual meetings via Zoom to discuss available options and address client inquiries.
• Tailoring new benefit plans and adjusting existing ones to meet each client's unique needs and preferences.
• Cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and administrative support.
• Assisting clients with reviews of their benefits, claims, and necessary modifications, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring all client documentation is accurate, current, and submitted punctually, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and attention to detail.
