Key Responsibilities
- Accurate Data Entry: Input customs declaration details into the arenaflex operating platform with a focus on 99.9% accuracy and zero data‑entry errors.
- Document Interpretation: Review import documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin to extract required data points.
- Compliance Verification: Cross‑check each entry against regulatory requirements (U.S. Customs & Border Protection, CBP, and other relevant agencies) to ensure full compliance.
- Workflow Management: Follow daily and weekly workflow metrics, prioritizing tasks to meet internal service level agreements (SLAs) and client expectations.
- Customer Interaction: Provide polite, professional, and timely responses to internal stakeholders and external clients, cultivating strong, trust‑based relationships.
