  • In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind visually compelling creative assets that not only capture attention but also deliver measurable results. Your expertise will be crucial in designing and implementing a wide array of creative materials, including dynamic ad sets and high-converting landing pages. These assets will be meticulously crafted and informed by data, serving as the foundation for A/B tests and sophisticated optimization strategies aimed at achieving and exceeding our clients' most ambitious business objectives.
  • You will be at the forefront of producing engaging motion graphics and concise, impactful short-form video cutdowns, specifically optimized for the fast-paced and visually driven world of social media advertising. This includes tailoring content for prominent platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring each piece resonates with the target audience and adheres to platform-specific best practices, aspect ratios, and attention-grabbing formats.
  • A significant aspect of your role will involve the adept editing of existing video assets. You will transform raw footage into high-performing ad units, meticulously adapting them to meet the unique demands of each social media platform. This requires a keen understanding of how to maximize impact within limited timeframes and specific visual contexts, ensuring maximum engagement and click-through rates.
  • Collaboration is at the heart of this position. You will work hand-in-hand with our dedicated media and content teams, ensuring that all motion creative is seamlessly aligned with critical audience insights and overarching campaign goals. This synergy between design and strategy will be essential for creating cohesive and effective marketing campaigns.
  • Beyond client work, you will also play a vital role in supporting ABE's own marketing initiatives. Your creative vision will be essential in developing compelling assets that help our brand stand out in a crowded digital landscape, reinforcing our position as a leader in social media advertising.
  • Maintaining unwavering brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets is paramount. However, you will also be challenged to creatively adapt these brand guidelines to suit diverse audience segments and the unique characteristics of different platforms, ensuring relevance and impact without compromising brand integrity.
  • You will engage directly with both internal teams and client stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives, target audience profiles, and any additional data points that can inform the creation of effective A/B tests and data-driven designs. This consultative approach ensures that your creative output is strategically aligned and maximally effective.
  • A key responsibility will be the design and implementation of A/B tests and other experimental designs utilizing industry-leading CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg. This hands-on approach to optimization will be critical for driving continuous improvement.
  • To further enhance our design strategies, you will conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis. The insights gleaned from these activities will be invaluable for validating design decisions and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
  • Embracing a culture of continuous improvement, you will consistently iterate and refine designs based on performance feedback, data-driven insights, and the outcomes of various testing initiatives. Your ability to adapt and evolve designs will be a cornerstone of our success.
  • As a master of multitasking, you will manage multiple design projects concurrently. Effective communication with project management and other internal stakeholders is crucial for providing timely updates, incorporating feedback, and ensuring that all project needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Staying ahead of the curve is essential. You will be expected to continuously update your knowledge on industry trends, emerging best practices, and new technologies related to CRO and user experience design, ensuring our creative output remains at the cutting edge.
