Job Details Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be working primarily on personal injury cases and will have a significant role in managing and preparing for trials. You will work closely with our team of experienced lawyers and paralegals, providing invaluable support in litigation cases. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Litigation Paralegal, your responsibilities will include: 1. Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of all court documents and have knowledge of electronic court filings and litigation procedures. 2. Conducting client interviews and maintaining general contact with the client, so as to be familiar with their needs and goals. 3. Providing litigation support, which includes assisting with the preparation of deposition summaries, trial binders, and exhibits. 4. Performing e-discovery and managing large volumes of documents and data. 5. Assisting in trial preparation by preparing trial exhibits, charts, trial notebooks, and witness files. 6. Coordinating and attending depositions, mediations, and trials. 7. Managing and organizing complex litigation materials, including multi-party matters. 8. Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents and summaries as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably in personal injury. 2. Proficiency in litigation support, e-discovery, trial preparation, and client relations. 3. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent education. 4. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 5. A high level of proficiency with technology including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, case management software, and e-filing systems. 6. Strong attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 7. Experience in managing large volumes of documents and data. 8. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. 9. Knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures. 10. The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
