Media Buyer, Meta
About the position True Classic is hiring a Media Buyer (Meta) to lead profitable global scaling across our Meta advertising account. In this role you will manage budgets, structure and optimize full-funnel campaigns, build a disciplined testing engine, and partner closely with Creative and Growth to drive incremental revenue while maintaining strict profitability targets. All of True Classic's roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of accountability across all product categories, countries, and different sales & marketing channels. This means you will have the opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and drives success across various markets and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Profitable Growth on Meta
- Own True Classic’s global Meta ad account across prospecting, retargeting, and retention
- Scale spend responsibly while protecting contribution margin, MER, NC-ROAS, and POAS targets
- Maintain a clean, scalable account structure that supports testing, learning, and stable performance
- Full-Funnel Campaign Management
- Monitor performance daily across the entire funnel and proactively diagnose volatility
- Optimize across creative, audiences, placements, bids, budgets, and landing page alignment
- Develop a clear point of view on funnel health and communicate insights simply and consistently
- Testing & Creative Performance Engine
- Own the Meta testing roadmap with structured hypotheses, test design, and actionable readouts
- Continuously test new creative angles, formats, offers, hooks, audience strategies, and campaign types
- Track creative performance, identify fatigue early, and drive iteration velocity
- Turn learnings into repeatable best practices that compound over time
- Measurement & Operational Excellence
- Ensure tracking health across Pixel, CAPI, UTMs, attribution settings, and platform hygiene
- Use platform data, third-party tools, and site analytics to inform decisions beyond in-platform metrics
- Improve systems, pacing, and performance stability month over month
- Cross Functional Collaboration
- Creative Team : Provide clear, performance-based briefs and feedback to drive winning concepts and variations
- Growth Team : Align on funnel strategy, pacing, efficiency targets, and global scaling priorities
- Growth Operations : Partner on tracking integrity, attribution setup, and reporting accuracy
- Analytics : Leverage cohort trends, funnel metrics, and incrementality insights to improve decision-making
- Engineering : Support measurement improvements and signal quality across platforms and integrations
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on Meta buying experience for ecommerce or DTC brands (in-house or agency)
- Proven experience scaling budgets while maintaining profitability and efficiency targets
- Strong understanding of full-funnel strategy across acquisition, retargeting, and retention
- Demonstrated ability to design structured tests and translate learnings into scalable growth
- High comfort level working with performance data daily (dashboards, spreadsheets, cohort and funnel analysis)
Nice-to-haves
- Experience managing global spend across multiple geographies, currencies, and seasonal cycles
- Familiarity with tools such as GA4, Shopify Analytics, Northbeam, Triple Whale, Looker, or similar platforms
- Experience improving measurement infrastructure (Pixel + CAPI, attribution tradeoffs, incrementality testing)
- Background in apparel, lifestyle, or subscription/repurchase-driven brands
- Strong creative instincts with a track record of improving performance through iteration and feedback
