- Enable product outcomes by partnering with Product and Engineering Leads to create execution plans.
- Orchestrate multi-team initiatives spanning product, infrastructure, and platform capabilities.
- Drive clarity and remove ambiguity by connecting business intent to execution signals.
- Utilize AI-driven analytics to identify risks and generate proactive recommendations.
- Coach teams on healthy operating rhythms balancing autonomy with alignment.
- Facilitate alignment between senior stakeholders to enhance decision-making and accountability.
- Contribute to evolving tools, processes, and frameworks for execution at scale.
- Maintain a strong understanding of applied AI concepts to support analysis and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience leading complex software programs.
- 3+ years managing multi-team initiatives across product and platform.
- Proficient with program execution and delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Technical fluency in modern software systems and ability to engage in technical discussions.
- Experience using metrics to enhance predictability and drive outcomes.
- Data-driven mindset for tracking program health and decision-making.
