And we are not title centric, suggest a title, we can likely make it work! This is a commission-only position with very rich splits, monthly accelerators, and annual lifestyle rewards. What You’ll Do
- Drive new client acquisition through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Partner with local businesses, uncover their growth needs, and match them with our services.
- Build long-term relationships that create recurring revenue streams.
- Collaborate with our internal fulfillment team – you bring the clients, we deliver the results.
- Represent Your Local Strategy in the community as the go-to partner for SMB growth.
How You’ll Get Paid We’re run by people who get what motivates sales teams — freedom, upside, recognition, and fun. That’s why our plan is built to be as rich and lavish as possible:
- 25% of all setup/onboarding fees (cash up front for every deal)
- 20% of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) for as long as the client stays active
- Monthly Accelerator Bonuses:
- Hit $20K in new monthly revenue → $1,000 bonus - Hit $30K → $2,000 bonus - Hit $40K+ → $3,000 bonus
- Annual President’s Club Reward:
- Crush your yearly goal and choose: a $10,000 cash payout or an all-expenses-paid luxury trip with the team. Top performers can realistically double their income through bonuses and lifestyle perks alone.
