Role Overview

This is a fully remote 1099 opportunity for experienced Freight Brokers / Account Executives.

You will:

• Manage your own book of business

• Prospect and secure new shipper relationships

• Negotiate rates and margins

• Source and vet carrier capacity

• Oversee shipments from dispatch through delivery

• Proactively resolve transportation challenges

• Maintain high standards of communication and service

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for professionals who understand the freight lifecycle and can operate independently.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in freight brokerage

• Track record of new business development

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously

• Knowledge of transportation regulations and industry standards

• Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
