About Us

MLB & Associates is hiring for our client, a fast-growing travel and hospitality services company, supporting clients worldwide with hotel sourcing, venue finding, and travel management. We are now expanding our team and seeking an experienced Airline Group Ticketing & Reservations Specialist to manage all flight needs for our accounts.

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong expertise in airline group ticketing, reservations, and ARC reporting. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Amadeus and be comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle group and individual flight reservations for client accounts.
  • Identify and research hotels that meet the needs of clients. Compile and analyze data from hotels to provide comprehensive reports and ensure clients receive efficient and well-organized service.
  • Manage airline group ticketing, including fare negotiations, contracts, and seat blocks.
  • Process and oversee ARC reporting with accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients regarding flight schedules, changes, and travel requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align flight bookings with overall travel programs.
  • Strong negotiations skills with all airlines and hotels on rates, commissions and contractual terms. Maximize value for clients while ensuring mutually beneficial agreements with hotel partners and airlines.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in airline group ticketing or travel agency experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Amadeus GDS is required.
  • Strong negotiation skills with Airline partners.
  • Experience handling ARC reporting is required.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, full-time position, Monday – Friday.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $47,000 – $55,000 annually, plus bonuses.
