What you'll be doing:

As a Customer Relations Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling incoming inquiries from international investors, providing timely and accurate responses
• Managing WhatsApp communication and phone calls to ensure seamless client interactions
• Building trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their needs and preferences
• Organizing and conducting Zoom calls to discuss investment opportunities and provide expert advice
• Entering and managing data in our CRM system to maintain accurate client records

Who we're looking for:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relations Specialist with:

• Native English speaker or C1 level proficiency
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial or real estate industry
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex investment concepts
• Understanding of investment instruments and terminology, with a passion for staying up-to-date on market trends
• Experience working with CRM systems, with a focus on data management and analysis
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly adapt to new processes and technologies
