Job Summary

As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expert customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve routine problems, and provide information regarding various client products and services. This role requires an active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license, which will enable you to communicate fluently with customers in both Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

* Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and provide tailored advice on plan options, coverages, and pricing.

  • Process new and/or amended enrollments while ensuring that our clients' customers receive authentic and positive experiences.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, building relationships and making a difference in the lives of our customers.
  • Work with both English and Spanish speaking customers, utilizing your bilingual skills to provide exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.

Requirements

* 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.

  • Active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of both languages.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing processes.
  • Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
