About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via chats and tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to stay up-to-date on client products and services, ensuring you have the knowledge and expertise to provide accurate and helpful support
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating to senior team members or client representatives as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
