Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Merchant Services team, working from the comfort of your own home. As a vital part of our Inbound Enactments group, you will report to the Merchant Services Manager and play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and promoting a positive work environment. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $26 per hour, working 8 hours a day, and is based in New York, USA.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:
