Job Overview

In this part-time contractor position, you will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their questions, technical issues, and logistical concerns via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools. With a strong focus on professionalism, patience, and understanding, you will provide solutions and support to our global clientele, including high-level executives from renowned companies. Our ideal candidate possesses excellent written communication skills, experience working with executives or businesses, and a strong technical background, particularly in SaaS/product or application settings, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enthusiastically support clients with their technical, logistical, and other needs via email, chat, phone, and web-based tools, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions.
  • Accurately identify and troubleshoot technical and non-technical issues in a timely manner, considering the diverse environments and scenarios of our global user base.
  • Promptly escalate complex problems to internal team members, ensuring seamless issue resolution and minimal disruption to our clients' learning experience.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our programs, learning content, and technical products, leveraging training and resource materials to provide expert support.
  • Continuously strive to improve the quality of our support and service, both internally and externally, contributing to the growth and success of our clients and arenaflex.
  • Monitor live online video conferencing events, providing immediate assistance to participants and ensuring a smooth, uninterrupted learning experience.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 1-3 years of work experience, preferably with a SaaS company or a product/technology division, with a strong focus on customer support.
  • Poise and professionalism to respond to high-level executives from around the world, with executive support experience being a significant plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to recognize and adapt to the diverse needs and preferences of our global clientele.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (or other CRM), website backend/administrative interfaces (e.g., WordPress/Rails Admin), cloud-based tools, and exposure to help desk software.
  • Outstanding task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Preferred Qualifications
