Job Summary

The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for performing daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments. The key deliverables of this role include processing trade deal purchases in customer profiles, identifying and addressing breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents, and processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. The specialist may also be trusted to perform analysis of complex/escalated issues, conduct testing/validation of new technology enhancements, and provider changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and identify/address breaks recognized between arenaflex and fund companies or transfer agents
• Perform daily reconciliation, trade, and transfer tasks for Alternate Investments
• Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze complex/escalated issues and conduct testing/validation of new technology enhancements and provider changes
• Provide exceptional client service and support to internal and external stakeholders, including Retail and Institutional Service Teams, fund companies, transfer agents, and other external business partners
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, and embody arenaflex's values in daily interactions with external business partners

Duties Analysis

• Review of subscription deals or transfer requests
• Client/Advisor amount exceptions
• Regulatory commitments (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconciliation of Corporate, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
• Reconciling across BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analysis of correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding

Trouble Shooting

• Internal/External system improvements or issues
• Root cause of breaks between arenaflex, the Fund, etc.
• Providing method or technology solution alternatives to Management
• Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm Client or Business Partner
• Answering business partner inquiries regarding Fund information requirements/eligibility
• Providing follow-up on Substitute Investment moves to expedite the client request or remediate not neat issues
• Prompt and correct completion of client investing and dividend requests

Essential Qualifications
