Job Summary

As a part-time Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our clients. You'll be responsible for making high volumes of calls on a daily basis, providing timely and accurate information to customers, and resolving their queries in a professional and courteous manner. Key Responsibilities

* Make high volumes of outbound calls to customers on a daily basis

• Provide timely and accurate information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery
• Meet or exceed performance targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or data entry experience
• Professional and articulate speaking voice
• Own equipment (Windows 10 or 11 PC, wired headsets, minimum 50mbps download and 10mbps upload internet speed)
• Availability to work part-time hours (Monday to Thursday 6pm - 11pm EST, Saturdays 12pm - 6pm EST)

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a part-time Remote Outbound Customer Service Representative, you'll receive a competitive hourly rate of $20.00. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits, and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
