About the Role

As a remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, providing exceptional customer service support to our clients in the healthcare industry. You'll be responsible for resolving routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services, while maintaining a strong customer focus and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat

  • Help customers resolve technical issues and correct or adjust healthcare-related concerns
  • Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address member's needs
  • Be patient and compassionate while working as a team player and using all available resources to provide the best outcome to the member
  • Be efficient in navigating multiple systems and delivering expert customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Qualifications

* Passion for helping others and strong customer service orientation

  • Minimum 6 months customer service experience
  • Verifiable High School diploma or GED
  • Basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
