Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Nordic-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide exceptional support to our customers in one of the Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) through inbound and outbound phone calls, as well as possible email and chat functions. This role offers the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or from one of our offices, ensuring a perfect balance between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution of routine problems regarding our clients' products or services.

  • Utilize your fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish, along with a good command of English, to handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.
