We are hiring a HubSpot CRM Consultant to lead HubSpot implementations, revenue operations strategy, and CRM transformation initiatives for our clients. If you are an experienced HubSpot Consultant, HubSpot Implementation Specialist, or Revenue Operations Consultant looking to work inside a fast-growing HubSpot Partner agency, this role is for you. Position Overview The HubSpot CRM Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end HubSpot implementation, optimization, integration, and revenue operations consulting for new and existing clients. You will act as a HubSpot Solutions Architect and strategic CRM advisor, translating complex business requirements into scalable CRM systems that drive measurable revenue growth. This role requires hands-on expertise in:

  • HubSpot Sales Hub
  • HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • HubSpot Service Hub
  • HubSpot Operations Hub
  • Marketing automation
  • CRM data architecture
  • Revenue operations strategy

Key Responsibilities

HubSpot Implementation & CRM Architecture

  • Lead full-cycle HubSpot implementation projects
  • Architect scalable CRM systems across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub
  • Configure pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, automation workflows, and reporting dashboards
  • Design CRM data models and governance frameworks
  • Oversee HubSpot portal setup, configuration, and optimization

Revenue Operations (RevOps) & Process Design

  • Align marketing, sales, and service processes inside HubSpot
  • Map and redesign revenue processes to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity
  • Develop automation strategies that support demand generation and sales enablement
  • Build reporting frameworks for executive-level revenue visibility
  • Implement attribution models and performance tracking systems

HubSpot Integrations & Data Management

  • Evaluate and implement third-party integrations (Salesforce, ERP systems, marketing tools, APIs)
  • Utilize HubSpot Operations Hub for advanced data sync and automation
  • Develop data quality, enrichment, and deduplication programs
  • Ensure CRM data integrity and compliance best practices

Client Consulting & Strategic Advisory

  • Conduct discovery workshops and CRM audits
  • Translate business challenges into HubSpot-driven solutions
  • Deliver onboarding and user adoption programs
  • Provide ongoing CRM consulting and strategic roadmap development
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews demonstrating measurable ROI
  • Serve as a trusted HubSpot advisor throughout the customer lifecycle

Training & Change Management

  • Deliver HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service training programs
  • Drive CRM adoption across cross-functional teams
  • Support change management initiatives for CRM transformation
  • Document processes and best practices

Required Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a HubSpot Consultant, CRM Consultant, RevOps Consultant, or Marketing Automation Specialist
  • 2+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience
  • Experience working in a HubSpot Partner agency, CRM agency, or digital marketing agency
  • HubSpot certifications in:
  • Sales Hub
  • Marketing Hub
  • Service Hub
  • Demonstrated experience leading multi-hub HubSpot implementations
  • Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation strategy, and revenue operations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce or other enterprise systems
  • Additional HubSpot certifications (Operations Hub, CMS Hub, Reporting, API integrations)
  • Experience designing complex workflows, custom objects, and automation logic
  • Background in sales operations, marketing operations, or revenue operations
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
