[Remote] Data Entry-Remote Option

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lakeshirts is a leading screenprinting manufacturer in the U.S. seeking a Data Entry professional to provide accurate support for data and customer service teams. The role involves entering orders, maintaining product information, and troubleshooting issues to ensure smooth account activity.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter orders, research account activity, and resolve issues using internal computer systems
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of designs, pricing, and body style information for all branches
• Keep current records of product updates and promotions, and communicate relevant changes to office staff
• Serve as point of contact for issues on orders from sales representatives and internal teams
• Provide backup support to other departmental areas as needed
• Troubleshoot order issues and regularly communicate concerns, solutions, and actions taken under the guidance of the Data Entry Manager and Lead
• Manage art comp approval emails and route approvals to the appropriate artist or rep coordinator
• Support order submissions, licensing approvals, and compliance with licensing requirements
• Maintain strong written communication skills and organization, which are essential for this role

Skills

• High school diploma, some college courses preferred, but not required
• Must be detail oriented with excellent computer skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word, and internet experience required
• Type 45+ words per minute
• Ability to work well in a team
• Must be reliable, responsible, flexible and take direction well
• Must be able to handle multiple interruptions and follow through
• Ability to multi-task, problem solve, pay attention to detail
• Analyze orders to identify possible issues or questions that could arise
• Provide courteous and professional service
• Independent decision-making skills with reason and good judgment
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Troubleshoot orders, communicate issues to other departments, provide back up for customer calls
• Managing art comp approval emails and routing to correct artist, RC, rep and customers for approval
• Strong organizational skills in managing licensing requirements and approval processes
