Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to patient phone inquiries with care, detail, and empathy, providing expert guidance on pharmacy benefits and addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Utilize expert listening skills to quickly identify patient needs and document all interactions in real-time, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Empathetically address patient concerns, escalating issues as necessary to ensure patients receive the best possible advice and support.
- Collaborate with the team to provide comprehensive support, leveraging knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional patient care.
What You Should Have:
* High School Diploma or GED required
- College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
- 1 year of relevant customer care experience
- Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
- Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexibility to work specified shifts and extended hours as necessary
