Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Health Navigator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to live chat inquiries from clients Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm, providing empathetic support and guidance to help them navigate their health concerns
  • Utilizing available resources and information to address clients' questions and concerns, and coordinating with our team of healthcare professionals to schedule appointments, arrange referrals, and provide follow-up care
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with our team
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues with the live chat platform, ensuring a seamless user experience for our clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase engagement on the live chat platform, driving growth and innovation in our healthcare services

Qualifications

To be successful as a Live Chat Health Navigator, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, with a strong foundation in healthcare principles and practices
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer service or healthcare support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and care to clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex health information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet, with a focus on delivering creative solutions to complex health challenges
  • Empathetic and compassionate towards others, with a passion for helping people navigate their health concerns
  • Proficient in technology and comfortable navigating different systems and platforms, with a focus on delivering seamless support and care to our clients
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, with a focus on delivering high-quality support and care to our clients
  • Attention to detail and ability to document accurately, with a focus on maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if needed, with a focus on delivering exceptional support and care to our clients
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
