Job Description

We're seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing team as Remote Customer Service Representatives. This work-from-home role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in the USA, while providing top-notch support to our customers. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
