Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering and updating data with precision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management
  • Verifying information for accuracy, maintaining digital records, and ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Utilizing Microsoft Office or similar software to manage and organize data
  • Working independently, with minimal supervision, to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve data-related issues and improve processes

Key Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong typing skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and speed
  • Attention to detail, with a keen eye for error and a commitment to quality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your time effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate with the team
  • Prior experience in data entry or administrative roles is a plus, but not required

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data management software, such as CRM or ERP systems

  • Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel or Tableau
  • Certification in data entry or administrative roles, such as Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES)
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
