About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our Bank Voice team. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being an integral part of our customer support team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus, rooted in empathy, and a willingness to listen and help
  • Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management, both verbally and in writing
  • Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills to resolve customer issues
  • Utilize exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques to provide exceptional customer service
  • Be proactive, with effective time management and organizational skills, to meet performance goals and objectives
  • Maintain a secure home office environment, with a reliable private internet connection, and a private network that is password protected
  • Meet the required internet service provider specs, with download speeds of at least 5Mbps, and 10+ Mbps preferred

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, or 2 years of call center experience
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and a strong ability to self-motivate
  • Strong attention to detail, with a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to change

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of financial services experience, or banking experience
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems, and a willingness to learn new technologies

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range, with a minimum and maximum full-time annual salary of $43,680.
