Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers across a variety of industries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers
  • Creatively problem-solving to resolve customer issues
  • Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions
  • Providing a high-level of customer service through empathetic and patient communication
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent computer skills, including navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems
  • Basic typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
  • Strong customer service and written communication skills
  • Ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will make you a strong candidate:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working with multiple systems and programs simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations and expenses. However, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income based on your performance and the number of calls you complete. Our programs offer varying pay structures, including performance-based pay and other incentives.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation
  • Pass a background and credit check (with a $45 processing fee)
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement
  • Complete a W9 form
  • Meet any additional requirements for specific programs

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to meet specific metrics requirements to maintain eligibility. These requirements may include:

  • Completing a minimum number of calls per week
  • Meeting specific performance targets
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Availability

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work at your own pace. Our clients' call availability will vary, but generally, calls are available daily from 8am to 8pm EST. Some clients may offer 24/7 call availability.

Technology Needed for Success

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have access to a reliable computer and internet connection. arenaflex systems are not currently compatible with Mac or Chromebook. You'll also need to meet any additional technology requirements for specific programs.
