Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Puerto Rico. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Reviewing and filing legal documents using internal systems and email
• Participating in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigating discrepancies as they arise
• Completing additional projects as assigned
• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
• Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Type 40 - 50 plus WPM
