Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Business Analyst to join our team, responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing actionable insights to inform business decisions. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives, optimize financial performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze and interpret complex financial data, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and analyses to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business initiatives, develop project plans, and track progress
• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate key insights and trends
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial planning and analysis capabilities
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and business leaders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and optimize financial performance

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business analysis, or a related field
• Proven track record of analyzing and interpreting complex financial data, identifying trends and opportunities, and developing actionable insights
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, business analysis, or a related field
• Certification in financial planning and analysis, such as CFA or CFP
• Experience with financial planning and analysis software, including Excel, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) tools, and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of business operations, including supply chain management, logistics, and customer service
