Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing support to our clients through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels from clients seeking support with their healthcare plans

  • Provide accurate and timely information about medication coverage, prescription benefits, and other healthcare-related topics
  • Offer solutions to clients' problems and concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your knowledge and skills
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and teams
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on finding solutions that meet clients' needs

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience
