Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients in a favorable and professional manner
  • Utilize your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized support
  • Convert conversations into leads, leveraging your sales skills to drive revenue growth for our clients
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, consistently delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with our team to share best practices, feedback, and insights, contributing to our continuous improvement and growth

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Reside within the state of Kansas, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
  • Own a computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse, meeting the following technical specifications:
    • Minimum 8 GB of RAM
    • 64-bit Operating System
    • 8th Generation Intel Core (3 equivalent or higher)
  • Be available to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
  • Possess a minimum typing speed of 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or above preferred
  • Have prior gaming experience, which can be an asset in this role
