As an Account Manager – arenaflex Agent Team Member, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with the agent to develop and implement marketing strategies, build customer relationships, and promote arenaflex products and services.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager – arenaflex Agent Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote arenaflex products and services.
  • Collaborating with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance and financial goals.
  • Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote arenaflex products and services, including auto, home, and life insurance.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Working closely with the agent to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
  • Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
  • Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and effectively communicate complex insurance concepts
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
