Responsibilities
As an Account Manager – arenaflex Agent Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote arenaflex products and services.
- Collaborating with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their insurance and financial goals.
- Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote arenaflex products and services, including auto, home, and life insurance.
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Working closely with the agent to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to improve sales performance.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
- Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic
- Detail-oriented and organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers and effectively communicate complex insurance concepts
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
