Responsibilities
As an arenaflex Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging with customers via live chat to address inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
* Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly
* Utilizing arenaflex's chat platform to assist customers with orders, returns, and product inquiries, as well as providing information on our products and services
