The Role

As a Payroll Administrator – Data Entry Specialist with heavy Excel experience, you'll play a critical role in supporting our payroll team in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Inputting data into Excel spreadsheets with precision and accuracy
  • Verifying numbers to ensure they match payroll information
  • Exporting data to payroll systems with ease
  • Collaborating with the payroll team to resolve any discrepancies or issues

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a temp-to-hire role that offers a competitive benefits package and a healthy work-life balance. You'll work Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm, from the comfort of your own home. As a remote worker, you'll have the flexibility to manage your time effectively while maintaining open communication with our team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of previous experience in an administrative position with a heavy focus on data entry
  • A proven track record of longevity in previous positions, with a minimum of 1 year of continuous service
  • Prior payroll experience is a plus, but not required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with colleagues and clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems

Preferred Qualifications
