What You'll Be Doing

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative – Spanish-English, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful solutions to customers' issues
  • Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Providing empathetic and compassionate support to customers in need
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience in a healthcare setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and proficiency in using software applications
  • High-speed internet (> 15 mbps) and a reliable computer or laptop
  • A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for remote work
  • A smartphone or tablet with iOS or Android operating system for daily log-in
