Job Summary
As a Customer Service Associate Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, responding to phone inquiries, and addressing each with care, detail, and empathy. You will work closely with our team to resolve patient concerns and provide support with prescription refills, scheduling shipments, and addressing billing questions. This is an entry-point role into professional roles, offering opportunities for growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
* Help patients understand their pharmacy benefits better by using knowledge gained from training, problem-solving skills, and added support from your team to answer patient calls effectively.
- Use expert listening skills to address patient questions and concerns empathetically and document all interactions.
- Assist patients with prescription refills, scheduling shipments, and addressing billing questions.
- Work closely with our team to resolve patient concerns and provide support.
- Utilize technology, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, to manage patient interactions and track progress.
What You Should Have
* High School Diploma / GED required
- 1 year of relevant call center experience preferred
- 1 year Previous medical insurance or pharmacy experience preferred
- General PC knowledge, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Empathetic and genuine customer service skills
