Key Responsibilities

• Contact physicians' offices and insurance companies to clarify any discrepancies or issues with patient medication orders
• Respond to patient calls to manage new and existing medication orders, including benefits verification and reorder processing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and medication orders
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support

Essential Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Pharmacy Technician license
• At least 6 months of experience working in a pharmacy setting
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications, including Microsoft Office, web navigation, and email
• Excellent keyboarding skills and ability to sit or stand for extended periods (8-10 hours)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• 90 days of experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone
