Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Center Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Supervising and directing the activities of our customer service team, including phone and email support, inventory management, credit, and dispatch of delivery and service.
  • Handling customer service issues and ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of service.
  • Reviewing and managing key metrics for calls, customer care, delivery efficiency, and net promoter scores.
  • Training and developing competent Customer Service Representatives and Delivery Dispatchers.
  • Providing support to multiple remote delivery centers across the US.
  • Ensuring prompt responses and resolutions to complex customer billing or service issues by coordinating with sales, delivery managers, and corporate staff.

Essential Qualifications:

* Five years or more of job-related experience in a related customer service environment.

  • Proven track record of management success, with a strong leadership style and excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical ability to review and understand business reports.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in the propane industry or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
