As a member of our Support Team, you'll be at the forefront of this mission, working closely with our users to ensure they have an exceptional experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Chat Support Associate, you'll be responsible for:
- Engaging with our vibrant community of veterinary professionals through live chats, phone calls, emails, internal discussion boards, and platform demos
- Providing timely and effective support to resolve user queries and issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on platform features and best practices
- Working closely with our Product Team to gather feedback and insights on user experiences
- Contributing to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources
- Maintaining accurate records of user interactions and support requests
Essential Qualifications
* 1 year of relevant, customer-facing work experience (e.g., customer support, sales, or account management)
- 2-year Associate's Degree or 4-year College Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in chat support (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk, or other chat platforms)
- Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
- Strong desire to learn and help customers succeed
- Positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality with excellent collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Tech/start-up work experience (not required but a plus)
- Experience working with veterinary professionals or in a related industry
- Knowledge of veterinary practices, animal health, or related fields
- Familiarity with arenaflex's Vetcove platform (not required but a plus)
