Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Senior Analyst, Content Valuation and Analytics to join our team. As a Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing valuations, delivering critical analytic insights, and assisting in the development of strategic content pricing models. Key Responsibilities

• Establish arm's length-based content pricing and prepare quarterly close and financial planning deliverables for scripted and unscripted content certified by arenaflex's streaming services.
• Consolidate quarterly regional content valuation submissions, identify key variance drivers, and distill results into actionable insights for senior management.
• Assist in preparing long-range and budget planning deliverables, as needed, and partner with finance stakeholders to improve process efficiencies and best practices.
• Curate and synthesize large amounts of data to draw conclusions and make recommendations, resulting in actionable insights that inform business decisions.
• Maintain and update content performance metrics, including Nielsen ratings, critical review scores, and industry awards, for network and cable primetime applications.
• Participate in various ad-hoc projects to introduce new concepts and enhance your understanding of key principles across the spectrum of content distribution and licensing.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience in financial analysis, finance, and/or 2+ years from a Big Four CPA company.
• Self-starter, creative, flexible, and proactive, with a willingness to pitch in anywhere needed and work under minimal supervision.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to scope, identify, and execute value-added procedures and process upgrades.
• Ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and partners across all levels of management.
• Experience working with large data sets and analytical tools, with a proven ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, organization, strong problem-solving skills, excellent work ethic, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Mathematics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with strong financial modeling skills required.
• Required understanding and application of pivot tables and advanced Excel formulas, such as INDEX, MATCH, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, VSTACK, and nested IF statements.
• Passion for the entertainment industry and television programming, with content licensing experience being a plus.
