  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies, maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Assist customers with product recommendations and provide detailed information about our electrolyte products, demonstrating your knowledge and passion for the health and wellness industry.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring that all data is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as fulfillment and marketing, to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar customer-facing role in an ecommerce environment, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, and/or similar customer service tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a passion for resolving issues and improving processes.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a strong sense of organization and productivity.
