Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative - Chat at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer questions and concerns.
  • Providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services to customers, addressing their needs and preferences.
  • Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

To ensure your success in this role, arenaflex offers a comprehensive 4-week training program, which you will be required to attend. The training schedule is as follows: Tuesday - Saturday, between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST. This training will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in your position and provide exceptional customer support.
