Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for inbound and outbound phone calls, educating and answering questions regarding the customer's warranty. You'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and resolving conflicts in a fast-paced call center environment. Your goal will be to find solutions, not just problems, and to exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer inbound and outbound phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues related to their warranty

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of their warranty, and provide guidance on how to navigate the claims process
  • Resolve conflicts and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, using high emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and provide feedback to management on areas for improvement

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 3+ years of experience working in a customer service role with conflict resolution
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to talk and write with confidence, charisma, and competence
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to thrive in a high-functioning team environment
  • Positive emotional resilience, with the ability to rise above challenging calls and maintain an optimistic attitude

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the automotive industry, including exposure to vehicle repair shop procedures and practices

  • Familiarity with labor guides and part pricing
  • Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment
