Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced data entry professional to join our team in a remote capacity. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing complex queries, reports, and packages to meet business needs. Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and software development will enable you to drive business growth and improvement through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to design and develop reporting solutions, analytic research, and packages to meet business needs
- Develop, validate, and execute complex queries, develop complex reports, and perform complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients
- Translate results and provide recommendations to business areas based on findings
- Design and develop packages for internal clients
- Evaluate data needs of assigned projects, ensure data integrity and suitability, and determine data series methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods
- Convert data into actionable insights through reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and present evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
* 2-4+ years of experience in most of the following: + Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.) + Experience with reporting platform – SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) + Development Programming Languages / Knowledge / Experience – ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript + Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Transact SQL + Database Knowledge / Experience – MS SQL Server
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with reporting platform – WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad)
- Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.)
- Database Knowledge / Experience – Hadoop, Oracle
- Development Database Languages / Knowledge / Experience – Oracle PLSQL
- Crystal Reporting experience preferred

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the comprehensive benefits package mentioned above, you will also receive:
